1. she would like to keep it under $5000 for herself and Fiance
2. does not want Mexico, Dominican Republic or Cuba

Im having my Destination Wedding wedding at breezes bahamas. For Fi & I at the all inclusive resort & flight it was 2200! We are staying 7 nights so the wedding & gov fee’s are free!
Edit- To get the wedding for free you have to book thru the resort breezes.com but for cheaper rates for the guests we found expedia was around $100 per couple cheaper. Also book EARLY in the morning its norm 500-600 cheaper!

If there are no children attending, I would really recommend Couples Resorts or Secrets in Jamaica. We’ve done weddings at Couples, and they are very easy to work with. The resorts are beautiful.
Secrets has a brand new resort in Montego Bay.
Hope that helps! Please let me know if we can be of assistance.

My coworker had an amazing wedding in the Bahamas, at Riu Paradise Island I think. The photos were beautiful. She said she booked it early to get a great deal with Vacation Express, they were cheaper than the usual online agencies Expedia etc

The official hurricane season for the Atlantic Basin (the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico) is from 1 June to 30 November. The peak of the season is from mid-August to late October.
This is something to consider when making such a decision. Southern California, AZ, Utah, Colorado or New Mexico could be a viable alternative. Hawaii would be perfect but probably not in your budget.
We married in Buena Vista, Colorado the first week in October. It was perfect but the day after, it started snowing on and off for 3 days.
