LyndaButterfly:  I would reply back to the photographer letting them know they are mistaken and they are not your photographer. I would contact the contracted photographer and confirm they are attending your wedding as per contract. I would contact the GM and let them know just what I was thinking! How stressful do they need to be? If you have a contract with certain people, they can’t just change things around to suit them. If they do, I see a large refund coming your way for the broken contract. Good luck!

LyndaButterfly:  Oh boy that is frustrating! Well, all you can do now is go with the flow. I’m sure your photos will turn out beautifully. Did they state a reason why the photographer changed from the one on the contract? I feel like in Canada or the States you’d be able to fight that a bit, but with under two weeks to go I would just trust them and send over a list of shots you want to make sure to get to the coordinator and bring a printed copy with you for the new photographer. Just in case. 🙂
