That’s great – I’m sure your guests will appreciate seeing what will be happening throughout the day.

Just a question – you have some substantial breaks in between activities. For example, between 12 – 4 it’s “free time”. Are you planning on transporting your guests back to their hotels during that time or will they have to hang around for four hours or find their own way back? Are there bars/restaurants nearby so they can keep themselves busy?

Again, between the ceremony and cocktails, there’s a 2 hour gap. What will guests be doing during that time?

I’m just asking as I’m also having a destination wedding (in Bali) and we made a conscious decision not to have any substantial gaps in the day for the comfort of our guests.

We are transporting them from their hotels/villas to our wedding venue and once they arrive, it will pretty much be ceremony > cocktails for an hour > reception > transport home/transport to the after party.

I hope you don’t take it the wrong way, I’m not criticising, I’m just genuinely curious about what you think of the time gaps.

@Miss TNK:  looks cool! will you print out and hand to guests in welcome bags or something, or put on your website?

@Miss TNK:  I know exactly how you feel, I have 2 websites for business and also the wedding one so I am over it, but at least the wedding one is simplier to manage. πŸ™‚
