Good luck! I have so wanted to make e chicken for a long time! I know I’ll get around to making it sometime. I think it’s a cute tradition and I want to make sure to get that bird in the oven before I’m engaged!

You’re not alone, I did a 4 lb. chicken and it took over 2 1/2 hours! It’s a great recipie though! I made it a 2nd time and added pomegrante juice, and the flavor of the chicken was way better, but it burned the outside making the skin inedible.
