I applied for a job about 2 weeks ago and was wanting to follow up on the application process. It’s a fairly small company with less than 25 employees. I found the CEO’s e-mail online very vaguely on another website and sent a follow-up there. I never got a response and am concerned that wasn’t even a valid e-mail address. Well, I on the official website it lists their HR person, but no e-mail directly. The only e-mail is for their [email protected]. my questions is…should I send my follow up question to the info e-mail and just address it to the HR individual?

You could always call their office and ask for the email address if you can’t find it online, that’s what I would do.

@Lava: I would address any follow up questions on the phone!

Call to see if you can actually speak to a person. If that doens’t work, mail a letter to the company attention to the person in HR; include your resume and tell them why you are interested in the job and why you would be a good fit for their company.

@Lava: Call the office and ask the receptionist for so and so’s e-mail address. Trust me, it’s perfectly fine. 🙂

@Lava: Call the office and politely ask for the person’s email address.
