My friend has a beatuiful rose gold set from Brilliant Earth. It’s like, stunning IRL. The band is just plain rose gold (same size as the shank on the e-ring).

I always love rose gold but IRL, I never seen anybody have it. But if you love it, go get it~ I’m so planning to get myself a piece of rose gold jewerly when I can afford one after the wedding + honeymoon

I have a rose gold engagement ring, and I love it. I am SO glad we didn’t go with white. I can’t even imagine having a white gold ring at this point. I have never seen another RG engagement ring IRL before. I do know a friend who has a WG e ring and RG band though. Everyone who sees my ring comments on the RG and I’ve only gotten positive responses. Go for it!

I’ve never seen a RG setting in real life and I myself have platinum, but it’s interesting because my mum was speaking to a friend of ours who lived in Japan for close to a decade, and she said that in Japan it’s almost exclusively platinum settings. There could most definitely be a connection between culture/region and the most popular metal choice, maybe it isn’t popular in your area and I think what matters most above all else is that YOU like it.

You and how you carry yourself and that ring are what is going to make it unique, not who has it and who doesn’t 🙂 I would say if that’s what you like, then go for it!

@MossySmith:  I have only seen one RG Ering IRL and it was stunning! Fiance went with white gold because I have metal allergy’s but if I could have picked anything RG was it! I say got for it!! but I have heard that getting the prongs/halo set in something like WG or platinum is sturdier because they are stronger metal.

I have rose gold on the inside of my e-ring, and honestly, I am the only person I have ever seen IRL with any rose gold on my ring!  I wouldn’t worry about it 🙂

@MossySmith:  I see it occassionally on the bee, but nevery IRL.  I thought I wanted RG too, but wound up with platinum.  If you love it who cares if it is a trend?  Trends come and go…I’m sure yellow gold will come back into fashion eventually, too.

We went with a Tri-Color Wedding ring set and a two-tone enhancer. I LOVE IT!!!

EDIT: Also, we purchased both online. Service was GREAT!!!
