@abm0611:  get them to order the ring in your correct size. when someone drastically resizes a ring, the chances pf pave stones falling out increases. As jewelers they should have recomended that in the first place. where is the ring from? i had a similar situation at kays with my RHR

@daffodil89:  +1

OP how has the store not suggested this?? They shouldnt be sizing pave rings drastically like that. They need to special order your size in the ering and the band.

Sorry you are dealing with this 🙁

@abm0611:  i’m sorry, the jeweler should have asked for your size before selling your guy that ring. it is NOT his fault…its the jewelers. they shoudl be bending over backwards to fix this situation for you guys. so sorry! i hope they replace your set!

@daffodil89:  how do you know the jeweler didn’t ask her size and/or her FI just didn’t know what her size was?

@li612:  it doesn’t matter. any jeweler would have known that sizing a pave ring would have altered the integrity of the setting.

@daffodil89:  Yup, this.

To the OP: This is most likely on the jeweler.  Any jeweler worth their salt would not have been resizing the ring that dramatically.  Keep pushing to have them take it back and let you get something different.
