Hey ladies! I am going back and forth with what I want to wear! It’s driving me crazy! So I orginally thought we should do casual and I was thinking something like this:
This is our e-session location:
My question is should I wear a cute white dress or this shirt with dark jeans and wedge sandals:

Is it possible to have more than one outfit? I did half my session in a dress and heels (obviously you could go with wedges since you’re on the beach) and half in a pretty top and jeans. I think as long as you can run off and change really quickly, you could pull off a couple outfits.
Your location is beautiful by the way! Where is that beach?

@Pomapoo: I was wondering the same. I will have to email my photographer. He said it was only one location so I assumed one outfit.
Thanks, it’s Laguna Beach, CA. My parents moved out there recently and I get to visit. Taking advantage of the surroundings!

I’d wear the shirt and jeans and take the dress. If it’s windy at all you may have issues posing comfortably in a dress or if you’re sitting on the ground and have a lot of low angle shots (like your first inspiration pic). But you might be able to get some nice standing and walking ones in the dress.
Maybe have your Fiance bring a change too? Like a plain t-shirt and then a dress shirt. Then you can get some variety. It’s not like you’d need a place to change really if you can pull the dress on under that top.

This is a girl I know…and this is from her e-shoot…
And later on..
And I think they turned out amazing.
Whatever you pick will look great, I’m sure!

@camrie: Thanks that’s a great idea. Narrowing down the outfits is so hard!
@napabridekelsey: Those are cute! Although I don’t plan on getting wet! Well maybe just my feet 🙂

I agree with PP’s that it would be a good idea to bring a couple outfits, so you could have a little variety. That place is gorgeous!
haha, I can’t get over the awkward hand placement in that first photo.

@missmichigan: no problem! I just thought it was cute.
You could always go with a sweet sundress too!

@missmichigan: beautiful e-shoot location! 🙂
Perhaps pick ruffle shirt/dark jeans/wedges like you mentioned to start…this seems it’d give the most opportunity to be able to change things up if you wanted….b/c then you could easily change your top, shoes, jewelry even and not have to worry too much about where to change (as it’s an outside location.) 🙂
For my e-shoot, being in the fall…I wore jeans, fashion boots, turtleneck and a wool coat with pearl jewelry. Then brought heels, another sweater, a leather jacket and different jewelry to change into for the 2nd half of the shoot. Though for us it turned out it was best to keep with the boots…but I did change into the rest of the stuff for the 2nd half. Point is….it’s good to have options. 😉
Though whatever you choose – make sure you have fun! 🙂

PRETTY jealous of your location! gahh
I would wear the white sundress (maybe I am bias, that is what I imagine for mine)
But I am sure you can do both? Either way, both would look perfect
