I, too, have ordered personalized wedding favors from this company almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve not yet received them, and cannot communicate either by phone or email. I emailed several days ago and do not receive a reply. I tried their phone number today and just get music and then it disconnects. There’s no live chat like they claim on their invoice either. I’m glad I didn’t place a large order; no credit card charge has gone through yet either as well as no shipping confirmation. How can this be stopped?? I have a feeling I’m not going to see these in time for the wedding!!

I ordered from them successfully. Did they give you a time frame in which to expect the goods. Did you get a shipping confirmation? Usually personalized items take more time since they have to be custom printed.

yes, they do send the products sometimes, but the personalization is often incorrect, they sometimes send the wrong product, and their return policy is a scam. motherofgroom, i hope you get your products. if you don’t, what i had to do was put it in as a fraudulent charge on my credit card, and have the credit card company investigate. they credit you the charge amount, while they’re investigating. eventually these people will be exposed.
