It can also be a symptom of coming down with a cold or the flu.  I always get super thirsty when i get sick.  I did get super thirsty in my first trimester, but I don’t think think it started until I was around 8 weeks.  It seems almost any ailment you google could be a pregnancy symptom.

I’m 9 1/2 weeks and have been super thirsty for at least a month now. (Don’t remember before the BFP having this symptom) I drink about 1/3 more water a day now than before.

I was so thirsty before my bfp. It was insane how thirsty I was. I was getting up in the middle of the night to drink.

My first BFP I was crazy thirsty! For my second, I don’t remember it being so bad. I mean I drink a lot more water now and am thirstier, but I don’t think it was an early symptom this time.

levated thirrst can be a sign of diabetes. you should go get checked. it is a serious health condition that can make pregnancy very difficult and dangerous for you and baby. If it is just mild than perhaps it is a symptom though i did not expereince it pesonally.

I remember being very thirsty through my whole first trimester. That being said, as others have stated… thirst can be a sign of a lot of things. I’d go get checked out.
