Have you tried Ebay or Etsy? That’s where I found all of my wedding jewelry!

Those are both beautiful, and very similar to ones that I looked at.

It may seem obvious or it may seem out of date these days, but there’s a lot to be said for your local corner jewelry store. The salespeople there will be able to look at your inspiration photos, hear your budget limitations, and find something similar for you. That’s the process I went through with my Mother-In-Law (who works in jewelry) and she found me the most perfect earrings I could have wanted.

Go to the mall! Even try stores like Claires and Forever 21. A lot of times, they’ll have formal, prom, and just overall dressy jewelry. Also, Macy’s, JC Penny, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale. Don’t discount regular stores like those.

Terrible customer/return service. Before ordering shoes online, I called to verify the return policy. “sure as long as they’re not worn, returned via fedex, within 3 days..blah blah”. I did everything as requested to return my shoes and I waited over a month with long periods of my emails, calls, etc not being returned then was told I wouldn’t get credit — for no reason. With a thousand other bridal shops out there who actually want your business, why go with one that treats you poorly?
