Lighter fluid was our standby when I was working in a stationery shop.

Never thought to use vinegar, though. I’m definitely trying that next time I hit a stubborn label.

It depends on the bottle. Some vineyards wine bottles were SUPER easy to remove. Some I’ve used soaking, goo gone, vinegar etc etc and still had to repeat.

Great idea! My husband is sitting next to me and is going to use it for when he makes micro brew beer 😛 Goo-gone is amazing but we will have to try this.

I use Mr.Clean Magic Erasers! Takes away all the stickiness, minuse the smell of vinegar! MAke sure your sponge is wet, it works alot better.
