@mech0012:  Wow I’m so sorry that you had that bad experience. The dress really did come out terrible. I know a lot of bees that got their gown from Jasmines Bridal and they had a good experience. I don’t foresee myself getting a dress from China but if I ever did it would be from Jasmines. Good luck though!

@mech0012:  I’m so sorry to see you have such a bad experience.

I went to Taiwan to customize my Chinese dress from an actual store. The dressmakers there had more than 50 year experiences of making traditional chinese dresses. My dress was quite pricy (but my mom thought it’s cheap compared to all of her Chinese dresses). I chose the cheapest fabric in the store and it cost me around $300USD.  But I have to say… it’s worth every penny because it fits me perfectly and it looks like an art. I heard some people chose “lace (high quality)” as fabric in that store and it cost them at least $800USD, varying on different lace fabrics.

One friend of mine ordered her dress from an online store, and she highly recommends it. She told me that she measured herself in front of a mirror, and it came out perfectly. (I attended her wedding, and I totally agree her Chinese dress fits her perfectly. Her dress is beautiful.) The website she used is EFUSHOP.com.  I hope this helps.
