@SaraP2012:  I’m O negative, too and definitely have the acid problem, the dairy and sadly thr grain issue. And, I notice that when I eat red meat, I have a hard time digesting as well. Wow, I’m going to try it!

Darling Husband and I are actually trying this right now.  I have noticed a HUGE difference in my energy levels and just the fact that I don’t feel so sluggish before.  I ate health before, so I know it wasn’t crap food making me feel bad.  As soon as I cut out meat and started eating a more veggie based diet (I’m A-) I felt great.  Darling Husband is O+, so he’s opposite from me.  Cooking for us both can be tricky, but it’s worth it!

My Future Mother-In-Law started doing this 2 weeks ago and has lost a good amount of weight. She used to eat very healthy for years even before that.  She also works out and has recently started to change it up by doing cross fit.

I am A- too, but am on a no carb diet right now which is the opposite of what my type says. Honestly I think this is the best I have felt in a long long time, I haven’t had a bloated tummy or tummy cramps in two weeks which says a lot because I have been dealing with that for almost 4 years.

@Genuine513:  I’m afraid of the carb level too! When I eat carbs like that, I gain weight. But the tea would offset it iI think

I’m type A and I could never stand a primarily vegatarian diet so this is out for me!
