UGH!! I AM SO UPSET WITH THE DRESS I RECEIVED FROM EBAY.
1. After a month of it not beig shipped out and no updates, I filed a dispute through paypal saying that I am not longer interested I DO NOT EVEN WANT THE DRESS and i wanted my money back
Prior to the dispute, the seller agreed to send me pictures before shipping and if i didn’t like it, they would refund me. (I have ebay messages to prove it.
2. The day after i filed the dispute, the immediately shipped my dress WITHOUT SENDING ME PICTURES!!
I was obviously pissed off since i didn’t even want the dress already AND they lied about sending me pictures. I escalated it to a claim.
3. The seller said if i closed the claim, they would refund my money. I said I would close it after they refunded me since they were probably going to scam me and i didn’t want to risk losing the paypal claim. They have not refunded me.
4. I received my dress after a week and it is HORRENDOUS!!! The mataterial is stiff and noisy, the beading is cheap and ugly, flowers are HOT GLUED ON and the belt looks NOTHING LIKE THE MODEL PICTURE. I know it was a replica but it’s such a half assed job, i wish i went with dressilyme!!
ON TOP OF EVERYTHING when i went to leave them negative feedback, I FORGOT TO CHANGE THE TAB TO NEGATIVE!! 🙁 UGH I LEFT POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR AN AWFUL SELLER. they no longer have items listed but I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK 🙁

Oh no I’m so sorry! There is no way the dress you received looks anything like the model pic. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

That is horrible! I am so sorry this happened to you! Do you have a full pic of the dress? I can see what you mean, the sash looks nothing like the original, and I have never heard of using hot glue on a garment…WTF?!?!?!

I would definitely CALL PayPal. Then ask them for the email address of where you can send pictures for your claim. Then make sure that they received them by calling the next day to confirm. Both times, you should express your issues with everything.
The important thing is that you let PayPal know that they sent you the WRONG dress, and that they didn’t even send the WRONG dress until you filed a dispute. HOWEVER, PayPal might ask you to send the dress back in order to obtain a refund. And depending on how expensive the signature delivery will be, it might not be worth it. 🙁

Your wedding date says 2015, so that still gives you enough time to resolve the claim (through paypal, ebay, or a dispute with your cc) and order another replica from dressilyme – if that’s what you’re planning to do – or maybe get a used??

I would hate it if they asked me to send it back since i didn’t want it sent to me in the first place!! they better pay for the return shippinng!! Here’s a better full dress picture 🙁

omg!!! That is just horrible! I’d get your money back anyway you could! There is no way that what they sent you looks ANYTHING like the model picture.
