I don’t purchase much on Ebay, but Fiance does quite a bit. He decided to buy his wedding band on there since the Tungsten bands are considerably cheaper than in the stores.
He’s never had an issue buying on there before, so of course his first bad buy had to happen when it was his flippin wedding ring. :p
Basically the ring was shipped and delivered, but to an address in another state. When we contacted the seller to let them know we never got a response back. We waited and contacted them again. When that was ignored we went to Ebay and opened a resolution ticket.
Fiance wound up buying a another ring because we can’t wait too much longer here!
Ebay won’t do anything else until next week because they give the seller a week to contact us back. I have feeling we won’t be hearing from them. This was a pretty easy issue for them to resolve and they have ignored us up to this point.
My question is, have any of you ever had to go through Ebay to get an issue resolved with a seller? And if so, has it been resolved pretty quickly?
If anyone sells on Ebay I would love to hear from your end too! Just curious how this will all play out and how long it will take.
