I plan on taking toad into his pediatrician tonight but I am wondering if anyone knows what this could be on his chest. I have been using his eczema cream on it but it hasn’t gotten better or worse. I thought about using the lotrimin cream we have to see if that helps. I just thought it was eczema but now I am not so sure. All my online research said ringworm treatment is an antifungal cream which we already have.
Any thoughts? Advice??
Sorry the pic is so huge. And sorry for the messy boy. He was having lunch. Or wearing it 🙂

@mrskisstobe: it looks JUST like the psoriasis patches my ex used to get.

It doesn’t look like ring worm to me. I had a bunch of friends get ring worm in highschool because one of them adopted a cat that had it and it definitely has a more distinct dark circle outlining the red patch then your picture.
It looks to me like a little exzema patch, I get them every once in a while and they usually clear up on their own with normal moisturizer.
Your ped will definitely be able to tell you though!

I have eczema, and it doesn’t look like that. I don’t know what ringworm is, or what it looks like. I think the doctor is the best one to make the call 🙂

Not sure, but you could try Neosporin or any other anti-bacterial ointment.

Looks like psoriasis, I have it around my hairline ( which is good cause its not noticeable) but its circular and when I first got it my mother thought I was covered in ringworm lol

Ring work is literally a ring… not a circle. Usually! I was a wrestling manager the boys had to be checked for ring worm ALLLLLL the time. It looks like psoriasis or exczema. I seem to be getting that type of rash lately too but it doesnt feel dry I dont get it. anyway, still bring him in!
