Don’t have a pic, but we did mini-pies as favors (we had a pie bar in place of the groom’s cake, so it went with that theme). We had stickers made on vistaprint with one of our engagement photos and a message to thank our guests for coming.

We did Lindor Truffles. Our colors were green and purple so we set one of each color at each place setting. You can see them on the plate in the pic below. Everyone LOVED them. They didn’t have our names or anything on them but people throw that stuff away anyway. This was a great gift that people enjoyed even if they weren’t personalized! We also had a photobooth and the photo printed out with our names and wedding date. We considered those to be favors as well!!

We did little jars of spice rub as a nod to our living in Texas. Most of our family lives in the mid-Atlantic/New England area so they got a kick of out it. My brother-in-law liked it so much we’re giving him about 4 lbs of leftover rub for Christmas!

Here’s a picture of our tables with the spice rub jars. We made little cards with one of our engagement photos and a thank you note on the other side and attached them with bakers twine.

We are thinking of doing cookies, because I am known for the cookies I make and Fiance loves them.

We made sloe gin, raspberry vodka and sloe brandy. I know it’s not food, but it went down a treat! We made the labels in the ‘Hendrix gin’ style

Also, back in my pre-engaged lurker days I remember seeing a popular bee doing Apple Jam or something like that. I can’t remember her name off hand, I think it started with a C.

All I now is that the jam looked amazing and would last quiet a while.

We are purchasing mochi from a popular local shop. My FI’s request. He loves weddings that have food as a favor. As it perishable and tastes best fresh, we have family helping us pack them up the night before.

Did chocolate hearts wrapped in coloured foil wraps, in little heart boxes tied with ribbons. Looked pretty!

We made chocolate dipped pretzel rods for our favors! They turned out super cute, and were delicious!
