(Closed) Eee! I found the perfect invites.. BUT…

Wow that’s spendy! I made my own and spent around $60 for 75 invites includingtall the little paper stuff. I’m not sure where you could get them cheaper but they are gorgeous!

Id say make your own unless you have that kind of money to spend. With my bridesmaid’s help, I’m doing everything DIY and I think it has made the process that much more personal and fun!

Have you looked at wedding paper divas? They have some pretty ones with the script printed on it. I think the cut outs on these are what pushes the price up.

Are you having your wedding and reception in the same venue by any chance? If you are, you could probably go without a reception card and simply ask the designer to put ‘dinner and dance to follow’ on the main invite. That would save you $160.

Also i would get rid of the notecard.. what do you need it for? saving another $80.

$560 is still ALOT to pay but if you really love these invites, the design would be almost impossible to DIY for even the most skilled DIYer (and materials would add up for this kind of design!)
