I picked up my dress this weekend and it’s a little too tight in the hips. It’s a fit and flare style so it’s quite tight around my bum! Too the point where i’m nervous about sitting down…I feel like i might burst the seams!
Now, i’m not looking for miracles, as I know I only have 3 days left and it’s really not enough time to change my body! But does anyone have tips on getting rid of any bloating/water weight quickly? I’m thinking that might help.
I’ve already started by cutting out dairy and wheat, but I could use any other suggestions!

Have you tried to put on spanx? Those should pull your tushy in just enough

Just drink lots of water! I had a fit-n-flare, and it was tight too, but that’s how it’s supposed to be. It will feel like you’re going to rip it if you sit, but it gets easier as the day goes on. Maybe try wearing/sitting in it for a little bit in the next few days to stretch it out?

I drank a lot of green tea the week before my wedding and it actually helped. Good luck, I was in the same boat and it is SO stressful!

@mwitter80: i would go with her suggestion, spandex all the way!!!! 🙂 No amount of water or lack of water is going to make you smaller in 3 days.

I agree you should try spanx but I also heard those places that wrap you can help you lose weight fast. You could also go to a sauna or try one of those colon cleanse things (if you dare- they seem unpleasant, never tried it tho). I hope that helps!

I do NOT suggest doing a cleanse you have never done before. it could make you sick or break out. I suggest spanx, lots of water, sauna, exercise and REST! good luck. OH and eat clean! nothing processsed!
