I am in love with the eiffel vase/pomander roses for our centerpieces. Our color scheme is blue, silver, and red as an accent color- which will mainly be the flowers. (New England Patriots inspired– but our wedding style is traditional). Anywho, I really want the vases to be silver, preferably glittery.
As most of you know they are only come in clear, white, and black. What is the best way to color the inside? I do not want to fill it up with gems or anything. Would spraying the inside with spray paint and shaking the glitter inside work? Any ideas would be great! Thanks 🙂

Do you have a picture of what you are talking about? Without seeing what you mean I would think spray praint and glitter would work fine. Just test one out and see what you think.

A picture of the vase or of how i want to paint it?
I cannot find anywhere a picture of the vases painted. Most people have lit it up or used the gel beads. With me wanting it to be silver, neither of those options will work! 🙁 From what I have read about painting glass, it looks like I may have to spray paint the outside since I won’t be able to fit a paint brush in there… which is a bummer because I don’t want it to rub off..

@eliseemma: You could mix some glitter with silver paint (who knows? there might be a silver glitter paint) pour it into the vases, roll the paint around until it totally covers the inside of the vase, then turn the vase upside down and pour the excess paint back into the can.
Leave the vase upside down to dry.
You can still drop a Balloominator light into the vase if you want it lit.
