How can we display wedding pictures of grandparents, parents & other elser family members wedding pictures? We thought having these by the guest book & would be a nice way to show off our elders. Please tell me what to do and how to have names by pictures.

I bought $2, mis-matched frames and displayed old family wedding photos on our “cake” table (we actually had a wedding pie). It looked really nice! I don’t have a picture yet, unfortunately.

Hey, we’re doing this, too! Our plan was to have framed pictures of our parents on their wedding days (1 frame each) and include a framed picture from our engagement shoot (that we’ll be doing in April). We’ll set them up on the guestbook table. Great idea to put labels! I would like people to be able to see the wedding dates of each couple.

We loved doing this and I think our grandparents were touched!
We bought coordinating frames at Michaels (we had lots of sizes) and I put their pictures in those. I had a little place card holder in front of the frames with their names, relationship to us (ie maternal grandmother of the groom) and their wedding dates.
I worked really hard at this, but getting these pictures was like pulling teeth!!! Only 2/6 had pictures readily available for us to copy and reprint. Several grandparents didn’t have wedding pictures. I also was hoping desperately for a great-grandparent wedding photo, but didn’t find any anywhere.

We did it the same way! We had 2 tables as our “guestbook” table, this was the one next to the actual guestbook table, where we had a photo guestbook and a fingerprint tree.

I didn’t do this but it is such a cute idea! I think you could showcase them on the guest book table. What if you made a collage of your family’s wedding pictures? You could make it posterboard size and put it upright behind the guest book.
