I love this idea! I think it sounds amazing! And if it’s what you and your Fiance want, I think you should definitely go for it. Your wedding will be so intimate and beautiful – enjoy!

To me that doesn’t sound like eloping, that sounds like a very intimate wedding. I think it would be lovely!

Yes!!! Sounds beautiful. My husband and I eloped almost 2 years ago. We only invited a handful of people. We used the money we were going to use on the wedding we were planning to go to England, Scotland, and Ireland instead. About a month after our elopment we treated everyone we were going to invite to our wedding to a nice late afternoon lunch at a restaurant. That’s where we had our wedding cake which was also very simple. A very amazing bakery made this delicious dulce de leche cake for 50 people. It was white and they put beautiful red roses on top. The wedding was $350 at a beach in Santa Barbara, lunch for everyone was $500, and the cake was $100. We both wore jeans the day of our wedding. My husband wore a white cuban shirt and I wore a nice white top. My mother in law made my bouquet (white calla lilies). Everything was under $1,000K and it was very personal. Just be careful who you invite because sometimes family can be difficult. My sister was a pain in the you know where and caused drama before and during the ceremony. She was arguing with her boyfriend when the ceremony began. Frown Which is why my husband and I are doing a vow renewal, just the two of us this time. Remember this is your day! Don’t let ANYONE ruin it. Do what makes you happy and congratulations!!! Smile

We eloped last September, it was a spurr of the moment, romantic and truly intimate. It was everything we both hoped for, on the beach, at sunset, just the two of us. We were relaxed, happy and it gave us a beautiful bonding moment to remember πŸ™‚

If it is what you truly want than you will enjoy it πŸ™‚
