I think it’s nice however, in your explanation it’s not what you envisioned yourself in, so I’m wondering have you even tried on what you’ve envisioned for yourself first? You don’t want to have regrets and should feel the best you possibly can on your wedding day!
I agree that accessories can help, but maybe try something else just to be sure of yourself 🙂 Younhave to love what you’re in

I think it’s beautiful and would be a good choice for the location. I don’t know where you live. I wouldn’t want to wear the high collar in the summer where I live because it can get somewhat hot and quite humid here in the summer.
Whether or not it is to old fashioned depends on you. I probably wouldn’t have worn it for my wedding because I was in my mid-40’s when I got married and I wouldn’t want to look older than I was already. However, if you are young, this could be a really pretty look.

I love that dress! And for an eloement in the woods, perfect if you want a vintage vibe! If it’s your style and you feel great in it, that’s what is important!

You make a good point about it being a dress best worn by a very young, or young looking woman . The overall vintage vibe that people refer to is very close to just old fashioned and needs careful styling. As ever , claroquesi has great suggestions .
For me, the sleeves spoil it all. I like sleeves, but not floppy or fluttery ones, especially of the type pictured . If they were fitted, l think l’d love it.

100% not my style, but somehow I still LOVE it! It’s so unique and classy.
