Maybe a cute little bed & breakfast with nice grounds somewhere? Might be hard to find a preset package.

I would look a lot at bed and breakfasts in beautiful areas.  We considered eloping for a brief time and what we were going to do is go to a bed and breakfast and elope in the gardens.  They usually have a package where you also get a small cake.

Edit: Also contact a local officiant where you want to get married at.  They should know a lot of places that you could elope.

I know a couple who just booked a seat sale to PARIS to elope!! How romantic would that be? I know you said you wanted to stay in the states, but I thought I would throw this out there because I am very jealous of this lucky girl!

I second the B&B idea if you are going to be staying in the states. Depending on style you could also do something glamourous like get married somewhere swanky in NYC then stay at a beautiful hotel. Another idea would be to head to Napa Valley and get married at a vineyard and go wine tasting 🙂 Endless posibilities for just two people!

Have you looked into Wyoming or Colorado? Those states have a lot of beautiful state parks you could possibly get married at! Or Tennessee?

I would find some gorgeous place in nature. You really don’t need much. What about a beautiful grassy field with a single oak tree, or a waterfall, or a cliff overlooking beautiful scenery?

I think state parks are a good way to go, but I only know what’s here in Oregon.

We got married in Savannah, GA, at the Gastonian Inn.  They have a fantastic elopement package and you can choose between getting married in their private garden or in the parlor.  They did such a beautiful job with our wedding. It was just the two of us too, and we were so pleased with everything. It was absolutely perfect.

Here’s the link to their elopement package.  http://www.gastonian.com/elopements.asp

Check out the Grand Palladium in the Riviera Maya. They have a garden gazebo that is just BEAUTIFUL! It’s very private and affordable.

There is a really good slideshow of photos I saw on Del Sol’s site a while ago that showed a wedding at the gazebo: http://delsolphotography.com/blog/content/galleries/?gal=140
