mixtapehearts:  My photographer did!  It was a zip and then she knew how to do a square knot with my sash.

You could always ask your male photographer if he can do a corset.  You never know, I bet he’s seeing it a million times!

Craigslist gig post?  Offer $20 for someone local.

mixtapehearts:  you might be surprised about your photog.  my male photog followed Darling Husband, my bridesmaids, and me up to our room to take some quick pics of the girls bustling my dress.  the girls were having a little bit of trouble.  so photog said “move over girls, i do this all the time.”

they adored our photog. and he bustled my dress perfectly.

You can try a local seamstress or wedding shop to see if they offer service/assistance with that. I would also talk to the hotel (assuming you are staying at a hotel and not local – if you are local I would just ask a friend/family member to help dress you even if they don’t come to the wedding) and see if they have any suggestions.

If it is literally a remote location (like a log cabin in the woods or something) maybe ask who ever is marrying you if they know of someone (ie officiants wife?)

Maybe you can add a secret zipper on the side seam?

There you go, have your Fiance do it!

I originally intended Fiance to do it…so he has seen “the dress” — then i found out i could hire a bridal attendant to do it, so i booked that.
