pantsapocalypse :  I ilke the stars – but it is a bit see through for me (but I can be quite a modest dresser)

The digital nomads thing sounds like fun, but I never understand how that works with visas? Until Dec 2020 we could do something like that round Europe but then we would likely lose our right to live and work without visas 🙁

I can never decided if I would like a cruise – sometimes I think I would but then other times I think I wouldn’t like to be confined to how long I can stay in one place.

pantsapocalypse :  I know a few people who have done that in Hong Kong. As Brits we get a 6 month tourist visa and people just take a quick day trip to Macau and get a new Hong Kong visa when they return. Though I have heard they have wised up to that scheme though and start to ask questions if you do it. Darling Husband was working last time we were there (covering a maternity leave) so when we did a say trip to Macau he told me not to say anything about his work there lol.

What about getting the sleeker dress you love, and then maybe get a tulle topper to go over it? That way you could have the more princess-y look your fiance loves, and then could take it off to take some photos/wander around in. A tulle topper would still be light and breezy for a beach wedding!

Of course you can rock a ball gown if that is what you want to wear! But….

It sounds like you DON’T really want to wear a ball gown. Wear what you love! Your fiancé will love you in a slinky dress when you’re all dolled up for your wedding. You will look most beautiful wearing what makes you feel beautiful!
