I want to be toned for my March 13th wedding too, girl!! I am trying so hard to get toned. I don’t want to lose weight but I want my tummy to be in shape. I’m going to the gym tonight to get more in shape & to continue my gym streak that I started last week (although I skipped like 4 days!)

Do you have any strength training classes available at your gym?  I’ve gotten really good results in the past with a class called “Body Pump,” which is a group weightlifting class using barbells, dumbells and body weight.  So hard, and so good!

There are a couple of fitness/weightloss threads on here– maybe check the Wellness Board in the Not Wedding Related section?

I usually run right now…and do sit ups at home or something. I like to run because it works out basically everything & I feel like I get a good workout. I would LOVE to do cardio..where do you do it at? Do you watch a video or something?

@bella: Yeah, food can always be a big factor. I’ve just got a little pudge and it really hasn’t gotten any worse with the food I’m eating, so I’m thinking as long as I work out I should stay pretty tones. I do the elyptical pretty often, too! but I’m there with you…it’s hard to stay on a diet because food is soooooooo good!
