I used to think safe sex was humping with a sheet between you. I blame it on the Blossom episode about safe sex. Not sure why but I remember thinking that’s what it was after watching that episode.

I sneak cheese into my FI’s meals so in case he gains a little weight, I feel ok if I do too!!

(FI is a gym rat, and I’m not!) HAH!

When I was in 7th grade, I started getting curious about my body. One night I laid in bed and finally managed to “feel” myself, which made me feel somewhat ashamed but more curious. The very next day, I was sitting down after school in my room and decided to try it again. I looked down at the finger I had used after and noticed it had blood on it. I freaked out and went to the bathroom, where there was blood on my panties. I began crying hysterically thinking I hurt myself or did something dangerous, when in reality, I started my first period! I was so embarrassed to tell my mom (somehow I thought she would magically know that I found out I started my period by playing with myself) that I kept it from her for 3 months and had to shove toilet paper in my pants every month until I could work up the courage.

Literally have never told that to a single living soul. It traumatized me as a young teenager.

I am a musical theatre nerd. I can wax poetic about the influences that opera had on the movie Moulin Rouge. Not only that one but the other artistic influences Baz Luhrmann put in other movies. I bore other theatre nerds about this topic. Whats worse- I have no shame! I was at an opening celebration of a show based on Baz Luhrmann productions and bored the Company Manager, Stage Manager AND Technical Director. They thought they knew Baz. Who knows, or even wants to know so much about some silly ol’ director?!

aliwar1225:  My daughter was an NBA dancer and got to dance with BBDV at halftime!  She loved it.  She also laughs that I listen to hip hop/rap sometimes in the car.  I’ve watched the movie Notorious more than a couple of times.  I also watch Mnet Kpop on tv.  They go all out!

But what I really would hate to get out is…I’m a native Texan but I don’t like country music at all, or western wear, bbq or beer and Blue Bell ice cream is definitely not my favorite.  I hope no one sees this.

I peed the floor infront of the Babies R Us cash register right after I had my daughter (even though I had a c section)…had the audacity to turn to the elderly couple behind me and say “watch out for that puddle, I peed”…I’m so ashamed of myself!

Then got out to the car, was mid leg in the air switching pants, and some fool old man knocks on my window to tell me about my (nonexistent) low tire.  Then I was ashamed for society.

Meglin:  That is too funny! In a really horribly tramatic way. You poor thing!

It reminds me of my own bad experience. I was told about the birds and the bees at 5. At 9 my mother took a human sexuality course at a local University. I read case studies from her text book out of curiousity. That year we had a “family planning” course about puberty and sex. Well, at the end of the week the teacher asked if we had any questions. My little 9 year old hand shot up and I said “You forgot about orgies, beastility and incest!”. I thought she forgot to mention all that. I read about it, thought it was normal. I am still embarrassed and shocked my parents did not get a phone call from the principal.

So no one knows this, I hate feet, even my own. So when I clip my toenails I do it behind a locked bathroom door and my big secret is that I smooth them round with a ped-i-paw. You know the electric file thingy you use on your pets. If my husband ever found out I would be mortified.

I’m totally fascinated by earwax. My ears aren’t very waxy so I love looking at the Q-Tip after waxy-eared people swab. I’ve been this way my whole life—even now, my sister texts me pictures of her Q-Tips if they’re particularly dramatic. My ex used to too, even after we broke up, until he started dating his new wife!

I love most reality tv shows and have to keep up with them, to the point where, a few months ago, I wrote a list of all the ones I was watching and had to keep up with so I wouldn’t forget! I haven’t updated that list, a few have ended and a few new ones have started since I wrote the list. But I also don’t know where it is anyway! A few of the ones I am watching at the moment (not all!) are: The Block, The Celebrity Apprentice Australia, The Great British Bake Off Australia and The Bachelorette Australia just ended.

I can also recite the lyrics to all the songs of several musicals, particularly disney and Legally Blonde, and the Pitch Perfect movies.
