I’m with ya!  I think I’m going to wait until after New Year’s.

I know it’s cliche, but seriously, I can bear depriving myself of all the Christmas goodies this year.  But soon I will be eating veggies and salads and drinking water (which I hate) and working my butt off

Count me in!!! I want to lose about 12 pounds by wedding day. I am 5’8" and weigh 140. I would like to be 128-129! I am usually a very healthy eater but I have been in quite the rut lately. I just need to buckle down and get serious and have a group of people to be accountable to. I want to feel beautiful on my wedding day and night!!!

Hi All!  I’m in too…I actually started about a year ago when I discovered I had food allergies that besides being bad for me physically made it very hard to lose weight…so now that my food problems are (mostly) under control I have started working out.  I did a few of those fitness bootcamps and now I’m going to a Crossfit Gym 2-3 times a week.
