I have an embosser with our address on it, however, we are mailing approximately 20-30 invites overseas, so I’m hesitant to mail something when the return addy is hard to see since the embossing is basically raised print.
Should I get a stamp with our address on it or just use the embosser? Or just run it through my printer?????
PS – I will be putting the return address on the BACK, even though in Canada, we mostly put the return address on the left side
PPS – I really don’t want to use the embosser, it’s SUPER hard to use and cramps my hand up….Invites are not for the faint of heart.

I did stamped return addresses on all my invites & RSVP’s and I think it looked SO NICE. I’m sure the embossing would look nice too, but it could get squished while in transit.
I vote for getting a rubber stamp!
PS. You could get a similar look running the envelop through the printer. I’m not sure though.

I ordered an embosser and a rubber stamp and did a few of each. The stamp with colored ink showed up much better, and just looked much prettier in general. I would definitely recommend going that route!

I got the most adorable stamp on Etsy for our thank you return addresses. I love that each one turns out a bit different depending on how hard I stamp, if the surface was level, what-have-you. It adds a personalized touch without much effort!!
I bought http://www.etsy.com/listing/62360085/wedding-custom-unique-wooden-return?ref=sc_1 and I LOVE it! There are lots on etsy to choose from, though; I just happen to have a love affair with ampersands.
