I have an emerald cut solitaire but I’m having a horrific time finding a matching band. My setting is very low so nothing I am trying on is sitting flush against my e ring. I don’t mind having a space but am looking for suggestions.
Here’s a pic…

How about a wedding band that is shaped to fit around your emerald cut ering?Something similar to this. If you think it might look weird, maybe you could get two for symmetry.

@2ndtime: I love this idea, where did you find this pic?

OH MY Freaking Gosh! Your ring is beautiful! I have always wanted emerald cut or ashoka cut or the pear shape! Congrats!!

If you don’t want a curved band, you could always get a very thin white gold spacer to put between the e ring and the band. I am thinking of doing this since I dont’ want a curved band.

Your ring is amazing! My friend has an emerald cut solitaire as well. She paired it with a thin (1.5-2mm) diamond wedding band and it looks lovely. I wish I had a photo to show you.

Thanks everyone! I’ve tried on contoured bands and don’t like the look… a little 80’s! Anyone ever see diamond bands that have a gap when the ring fits in? So it looks like the stone is hanging over the band.
