You will have days like this unfortunately.  I always found it best to have some alone time and do something I enjoy. Curl up read a good book, lay in the tub, swim whatever helps you unwind. I found it helpful to avoid people and demands.

I am sorry you are having such a rough day. *HUGS*

It will get better, eventually.

I have days like this and I’m not even pregs.  What’s something you love?  An activity, a place, a movie?  Do it!  (I online shop.  Not good lol.)

Sorry to hear that you’re having a really rough day. It doesn’t help that it’s Friday the 13th! I just found out that I’m pregnant too, and so far, I haven’t had any of the crazy pregnancy freak out days. I’m feeling much more lethargic and depressed actually. I already told my husband that he needs to keep an eye on me with the post-partum depression. I know it’s mostly hormones and me being tired, so hopefully later, that will get better!

Just wanted to lend you some support!

Yep, I did, and still do while not pregnant.  I think the key is to focus on something else, something you enjoy.  A movie, a book, and cup of your favorite cocoa…whatever it is just get your mind in a good place that is focused on you.  <hugs>

When I was pregnant, I remember days when I would literally just fell like crying all day long.  It sucks, but hopefully tomorrow will be better.  I agree with all the pps, who said to do something you like.  A nice hot bath always made me feel much better on days like those.  Hugs!

Sounds exactly like my day today, and I’m not even pregnant!  Some of my friends said they’re emotional today too, must be Friday the 13th taking it’s toll haha
