I am definitely gonna toss the bouquet again b/c when I was suddenly single again, I was thrust into doing just that at one of my two best friends weddings! It was fun but when she threw it, I ran the other way! (got some laughs) But the garter? Not sure bout that one.

I’m definitely not doing a bouquet toss because there will only be a small number of single ladies there, and their ages range from 33 to 37. If the single ladies were all in their 20’s I’d have no problem tossing the bouquet, but I know that after I hit 30 I dreaded being called out to the dance floor. If we decide to do an anniversary dance, I’ll give the flowers to the "winners."
We haven’t discussed a garter toss, but I’m sure he’ll come up with something.

Mine will be kinda easy..there’s only one bridesmaid who is single (my bff) and I’m just gonna tell her to come over here, and she’ll be about 20 feet away and then we’ll do the toss! She knows it’s coming her way!
Not sure yet about the garter part.

I’m in the same boat as azwinelover. Most of my single friends are happy to be single anyway. I was thinking about doing some sort of candy toss for the kiddos instead. I mean come one, who doesn’t love scooping up candy off a dance floor? Personally, I LOVE tossing candy. Makes me feel like I’m on a parade float.

That sounds fun! You could have a candy DROP too! I saw the most adorable balloon drop at a wedding a while back..all the kids went nuts and had a blast! Balloons and bubbles kept them happy for the last 2 hours of the reception.
