Most places won’t take reservations more than 12 months in advance, my place made an exception and booked us almost 14 months ahead of time

welcome!

that all depends on the policy of the place you choose.  some places may fill up years in advance; others may have a policy of waiting until 12 or 6 months prior to book.

good luck!

Wecome! Hmm depends, If its a place that is very popular they might make you reserve asap! I would just call around and ask.

It totally depends on the place you choose.  Some have rules that let you only book a year out, some don’t.

Good luck on your search!

You probably can book it as early as years in advance.  Some places book up over a year ahead.

It really depends on the place. Very popular places around here book up 1-1.5 years or sometimes 2 years ahead of time if you’re look at a Saturday in wedding season.

Our venue had an 18 month in advance policy, while I know some places have years-long waiting lists. Take a look at the venues you’d like and see what their policies are–especially if you have a popular date.

Congrats, welcome, and good luck! I booked my venue 18+ months in advance. I’m hard core like that.

although not a banquet hall, we booked our venue 19 months in advance, so it can totally depend.

I’m in the SF Bay area, and I’m having trouble trying to book 13 months out! So I think geography and culture matter, too (although I bet the big vineyards probably book way in advance).
