Just want to know how much my fellow bees have spent.. I’m in a unique position. My ring is a birks blue channel set, and the only channel set that matches it exactly is of course, theirs, which is conveniently priced at $2750 plus taxes… and it makes me cringe a little haha. How did you girls fare in the band department?

$300 from Zales. Significantly less expensive than my engagement ring! The matching wedding band would have been $1000, so we went the less expensive route and put that extra money towards a photo booth for our reception, totally worth it!

@VictoriaK1990: Love Birks!
I am going back and forth between a thin platinum band (could probably find one for like $500)… or a De Beers yellow gold and yellow diamond band for $2,500.. or a platinum and diamond band from Tiffany’s for $2,500 as well (I think).
The engagement ring we’re getting me would go with any of those since there’s diamonds, platinum, yellow gold, and a yellow diamond center.

I bought a titanium band for $2 on Ebay. It’s virtually indestructable and I don’t have to worry about it when I travel. I love it!

I only spent $250 on mine! But it’s diamond and amethyst band…amethysts are alot cheaper than diamonds so a full diamond band would have cost alot more

$350. The one that “went” with my ring was $1300 for the same exact looking ring! We got it at helzberg.

About 500, it’s a custom made, engraved white gold/palladium 3 mm band from Etsy. I LOVE it.

~$450 It matches my ering – but both have super thin bands with pave diamonds (teeny tiny diamonds, lol). I think my ering is 2 mm or 2.5 mm and my wedding band is slightly thinner.

$950. It’s the closest one I could find to my ering. I didn’t want to pay $$$$$ for our jeweller to make the matching band.

$1000. I went back and forth between that one and a cheaper one. I was leaning toward the cheaper one, but FH finally said just get the matching one, you deserve to have something equally as pretty as your ering. Since it was the one he liked best and he picked it out i bit my tongue and just did it.

$1200, matching one to my e-ring from the same jeweler. Platinum, shared prong diamond 1/3 ctw.

$1300 for mine – platinum, 11 stones set in shared prongs (1/2 carat total). Can’t wait to wear it forever in just 2 months! =)

Darling Husband and I spent 190 bucks on both our rings, custom made titanium rings that match. 🙂

Around $500. Custom made WG band that matches my e-ring.
