$1500.. Bought it at the same time as the engagement ring because it matched it!
I bought mine yesterday. It was £300. It’s 9 carat white gold with 13 small channel set black diamonds. I may need to replace it in a few years as the 9crt is quite soft but I love it and couldn’t afford it in 18crt. I can’t wait to see it in a couple of weeks.
Apparently I’m super high maintenance as I got a $1600 band, but to get two matching custom bands would have been about $2500.
I also got a $100 plain white gold band to wear playing sports/ traveling ect.
@VictoriaK1990: I am planning on eventually getting my great grandmothers wedding band re-done (its from the 30’s and very worn) but it will be about $2k to do so. I don’t have that money right now and Fiance still wanted me to be able to have something new (he told me..you can have a something old wedding band and a something new wedding band :)) So when we looked I knew I wanted something affordable and nothing too crazy since I will have two bands. I ended up getting a diamond and sapphire band for $800. I actually had no idea how expensive wedding bands were until we started looking! I couldn’t fathom paying 2k for a wedding band and then another 2k down the road to fix up my great grandmothers band.
My eternity band was around $1,800 but now I’m regretting getting an eternity style band because it’s not comfortable at all.
Mine is a little over $600
2k, I bought it myself from Briks so we also paid a premium.
I can’t remember exactly how much I paid, but I think it was total $2700+ for both mine and Fiance band.. both platinum band
Mine was $400, but that was almost 15 years ago. It’s probably doubled in value since then.
