That looks fantastic! I didn’t read the Glamour story. Is the chicken supposed to push him a few steps closer towards popping the question or is it to celebrate your engagement? Either way, the idea of an engagement chicken is hilarious. Cool

Hahaha…yeah, I cooked the engagement chicken nearly 6 months ago!  It is delicious, though!!  I think the whole idea of it is that a man wants to marry a woman that can keep his belly happy.  My bf already knows I can do that!  πŸ™‚

I have to say, I’m kind of a believer… made the engagement chicken New Year’s Eve, he proposed on Jan 10. Not sure if it’s pure coincidence or not πŸ™‚

Hopefully it brings you luck! My SO did the same thing to my chicken! I think the recipe needs to be adjusted for more cooking time.LOL
