Hey Bees. I need some advice. I am 110% certain now that Mr. P plans to propose on Valentines Day. With that, I need to come up with a Valentines/Engagement gift. I thought about getting him cufflinks (for the big day) and something else fun for now. Problem is… he already has every techy gadget he could possibly want, and hes pretty spoiled as it is.
I’m hoping to come up with an idea in the next few days, so I can get to perusing and ordering.

What about something sentimental/homemade? Might make a change from techy stuff :-). I’m not sure exactly what tho -that’s where my inspiration ends!!!

I’d go for something more sentimental you could have the cufflinks engraved or a watch/hip flask (If he’d use it) they could be engraved too. I don’t plan on getting my SO an engagement present but he has a milestone birthday this year so I’m going to get something extra special for that.

Just wanted to say that surprising him with an engagement gift is an awesome idea! I don’t really have any suggestions for you, but it just seems like the right thing to do after he’s gone to the trouble of finding (and paying for!) you the perfect ring. 🙂
Though, I do agree with @Pinkrefresher: if he’s already stocked up on tech gadgets, you should go for something sweet and sentimental, and maybe homemade! Though, I’d say screw gadgets even if he wanted one: the ring is an everlasting symbol of your love, and I feel like a gift in return should be of a similar sentiment! 🙂
Make sure to let us know what you decide on!

Have you thought about a boudoir shoot or just a single pic?! That would be something he could keep and see how lucky he is to be making you his wife!!!

I agree with PPs- I would go the sentimental route and get something he would keep/ use forever. Gadgets come and go and get upgraded often. A scrapbook of your courtship before Engagement would be sweet, I also like the boudoir idea. Maybe consider an experience- seeing a sports event with his favorite team, a concert with his fav band, a weekend away to a place of sentimental importance, or a weekend away to a new place to create and celebrate new memories/ your engagement.
