My FH asked for engagement Stanley Sweetheart plane, so you are not the one))

I asked Fiance what he wanted, and the answer was a BBQ.  This has worked out well for me too because he loves it and wants to use it all the time so now I do less cooking!

I did not give him anything except the dubious honor of a future with me 😉

I’m planning on getting him something, not sure what yet! He definitely doesn’t want his own ring and he probably wouldn’t wear a watch…I’m thinking maybe a tablet? Still unsure though!

I got him a “man-gagement ring” because he wanted one, lol.

I absolutely wanted to give him an engagement present, and I wanted something long-lasting that could be passed to the next generation, so no electronics for us.

I proposed a watch, and although he was hesitant at first as he was not used to wearing any kind of jewelry he pretty quickly found something he loves after a bit of browsing. A bit over my budget at $1000 (including the engraving of our initials and engagement date), but he is worth it and he actually wears it everyday! It’s in brushed stainless steel so it matches his brushed white gold wedding band perfectly : )

craigslistgirl:  Engagement pistol? Awesome! Very manly, and I bet he loved that. 🙂

I got Darling Husband a watch. It was a fancy one that I/he would not have normally splurged on, so it was really special. I love the idea of each person getting a cool gift to celebrate.

My Fiance wears a tugsten ring on his left hand as his mangagment ring! I love that he wanted to wear a ring to show that he too was taken! After we get married it will double as his stunt ring when he doesn’t want to mess up his wedding band

Pocket knife. He has a ton of them but the one I got him as an engagement gift is the one he uses most.
