Top of the hub rents out the SkyWalk at night… They have a rental fee, but it’s not bad, the only issue I’d see you having is that I think they require like $2500 in food/beverages… The views are incredible, and the food is awesome, but I’m not sure if that’s “Boston” enough for you…

Love that idea @LazyBee123! We’re looking for venues for our rehearshal dinner for Dec 2013 (yes planning early w/ the future inlaws)

Here’s a few we were thinking for that size:

  • North End restaraunts
  • Legal Sea Food (especially Harborside)
  • State Room (too expensive in my opinion)
  • A harbor cruise
  • Marriott Longwharf
  • Boston Harbor Hotel

Hope this helps!

“Something like the Hampshire House”…. I take this to mean that you are more interested in a historic/homey sort of environment. Here are my suggestions:

– The College Club of Boston

– Boston Athenaeum

– Omni Parker House

– The Boston Public Library

– Commander’s Mansion (just outside Boston)

@anneNPT:  Great choice! The food is so good there and that whole area is a blast. Have fun!
