Ahh engagement picture clothes. I just went through this for the past month. I think I’m FINALLY all set now (& pictures are June 9th).

    When are your pictures?

The dress is cute, but I’d definitely try it on and keep your eyes open in the meantime. Did you see the reviews? One said she is 5’7 and is was clingy and too short.

Also, I know this sounds dorky, but I had a friend snap a few pictures of me in the outfits I was deciding between. It was actually very helpful and helped me eliminate the outfits that were cute in real life, but not as flattering on film.

My first inclination is that the shoes are a little “heavy” for the dress.  Like maybe a peep toe or a sandal instead.

I think the dress is really cute! If it’s loose around your midsection, maybe you can add a belt. I’ve been stalking all the e-pics threads on here cause I’m doing mine next week too (!!!) and it seems like people look best when the clothes are tighter or at least defined around their waists.

Also, I’ve seen platform pumps like those in some other girls’ e-pics, and I always feel like they look too heavy. Another thing to consider is that platform pumps are a trend, and might look dated 10 years from now.

I hope this didn’t come off as harsh! I’m trying to decide on my e-pics outfits too, and those are just the things that I’ll be taking into consideration!
