I think if the dress was either brightly colored or boldly patterned it would work, but together it might be too much.

I am for simple patterns…I would worry that this dress could date your pictures a bit….but it also depends on the mood you want your pictures to have

I think it would be cute as long as your boy is wearing solid colors.  Another pattern or print next to it might be too much.

to me, it varies by pattern. I chose a busy pattern.. but the backgrounds are more subdued and the pattern is black and white. It would all depend!

I love the black one with the purple shrug sweater thing!  Super cute!
