i have never personally done mystic tan but my friends has and some of them turned out nice and some looked unnatural or just too tanned that it didn’t really  look nice on them because of their hair color. but anyways, i’d say if this is your FIRST TIME to do mystic tan, then dont do it bc you dont know what shade would look nice on you and now is not a good time to experiment. thats just my personal opinion.

I would recommend that you look like yourself.  My mom wanted me to get a tan and have nails put on for the wedding but I refused because it’s just not me.

I wouldn’t do the tan because it looks off in pictures. I tanned before a friends wedding and it looked weird in the pics. I even did the one where the girl sprays you which is suppose to be better. The nails would be up to you, I don’t see what’s wrong with that. I didn’t have my nails done but I’m probably going to have a manicure done before my wedding so they still look natural but nice in pictures.

With your e-pics less than a week away and you’ve never done a mystic tan before, I would HIGHLY recommend NOT doing it so close to your pics without knowing how your skin will handle it.

I have fair skin and any type of mystic/spray/lotion tans turn me funky shades of orange. Not to mention, they generally wear off unevenly and makes skin look ashy.

Now, some people do mystic tans all the time and love them.

For my e-pics, I had a manicure instead of fake nails. Again, it’s a personal preference.

The best advice I can give is to be comfortable in what you’re wearing and how you look. If you are at all uncomfortable or unhappy, it will show in the pictures.
