(Closed) Engagement pictures on a cruise ship?

There are some photographers who are willing to do “destination” phots for free… if their cost of travel is paid. you could try that. and then explain what YOU want. and they should be willing to work with you.

Why not do a search for a photographer in the area of where your ship is docking?  You may find a professional that doesn’t charge as much as you think.  I’m not sure if the cruise line allows anyone to board the ship without being a passenger, (maybe a day rate?) or if they even allow other photographers to ‘work’ on their vessel.  They may grant exclusive rights to the photographers they employ on board. 

Failing that, there are often lots of amateur photography enthusiasts that may be interested in workign with you while you are cruising.  You could cozy up to the people with great cameras who look interested in photography.  😉
