Your ring is beautiful!!! It doesn’t matter what anyone says (or does not say) about it. If you look down and love what you see and look up and love the person who gave it to you, it’s perfect!
Your ring is stunning! I’d keep it if I were you, don’t second guess because of negative feedback. As long as you love it that’s all that matters! I’d personally pair it with a thinner (2mm or so) plain band. Rings come and go but your marriage is about you and your partner and nothing material matters. That’s why I’ve got multiple rings but my S.O. can’t be replaced 🙂 Congrats bee on your upcoming wedding!
It’s a beautiful ring and very sparkly! If you love it, that’s all that matters. Don’t look for comments/compliments from other people to justify if you should keep it or not. I never did. I had mine custom made to suit what I wanted and I couldn’t give a crap if people commented on it or not because I don’t need everyone in the world looking at my hand anyways. LOL. So enjoy it and wear it with pride.
It’s stunning! I was expecting something completely different from your post. Honestly, that’s the kind of ring I’d compliment a complete stranger on an elevator over. And as a pp said, you don’t need a separate band. If you don’t adore it, by all means, exchange it before the 60 day return policy runs out, do your “magic” you didn’t get to do before. Your so will understand. Might be initially upset, but more so if you waited until was too late and are unhappy with it for the rest of your life.
Quit fixating on other people’s opinions.
I think it’s stunning. 🙂
I love it. I think it’s very unique and definitely a statement piece! If you love looking at it, that’s what is most important. It looks beautiful on your hand. These days, a (halo?) solitaire seems to be the going “thing.” Trends come and go… uniqueness is important! Enjoy it. 🙂
I had pear halo that I hardly ever got compliments on from strangers (except maybe one time) which I found odd cuz i thought it was gorgeous…. but I don’t think strangers really comment on other people’s rings. The only time I’ve ever commented on an ering was back when I worked as a cashier and had people handing me money or credit cards all day, so I saw a lot of hands lol.
If you like your ring, keep it. If you really don’t love it and you just got it for the bargain, then keep looking! I couldn’t imagine choosing my ring in 2 hours lol, I kept changing my mind every few weeks about what I really wanted… If you picked your ring, then hopefully your Fiance will understand as long as you can get your money back.
Thank you all for your feedback!
