Is it certified at all? I would take it to another jeweller to check it out and compare it to the certification ..

It’s probably not well cleaned after he fixed it. I would go back (and hellllo QC I’m from Montreal !)

This happened to my ring too after a little diamond fell out of the halo. After the repair there were a few stones that appeared greyish/blackish and dull in comparison to the other stones. I think it’s got to do with the jewlwer not cleaning out the area behind the diamond (where the little hole is underneath the diamond). We have sent my ring back to the jewler and complained. so Hopefully when it comes back it will be back to what it was before. I will post a picture here later from my phone to show you. Any update on yours?

Clean it really well..I suggest dropping into some dish soap windex and warm water then scrub. That black stuff will come off .

Actually my friend who got her ring from Benbridge mentioned in her instagram post how she lost one small side diamond and they seemed to have replaced it with a crappier quality one. Yhe difference is noticeable cause compared to the other side stones this one is hazy.

My first thought was that it is dirty too.
