Perhaps work with an etsy seller to have something made?

You can totally make that!

The lowest level is just a framed drawing.  Check out dafonts (free fonts) if you don’t think you can paint the letters yourself.  Find an ornate frame at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or a thrift shop and take whatever is inside it out do you can use your date.

The next level up is just paper discs on a string.  You can do that!  You can probably even find templates on some blogs (or Martha Stewart’s website).

The next level up looks like “the” painted on a plate or painted on paper that’s been stuck to a plate.  Easy peasy.  Go to Goodwill or the discount shops mentioned above and find an ornate plate.  You can buy paint to use on porcelain at the craft store if the colors aren’t what you expected.

The wood piece might be the hardest to find if you live in the city.  You could glue a sheet of bark that you’ve weathered on the edges to a piece of strong cardboard or a short piece of wood for that.

You can totally do this!
