@MrsGo:  That’s so cool he’s putting much thought into his ring and is being picky haha!

@joya_aspera:  While I agree that we do have 9 other fingers I personally don’t really wear any other rings other than my set. It’s just too much maintenace chasing after 2 kids wearing so much jewelery these days. I do love it but I just don’t get the chance and most of the time I’m a stay at home mom. I have a moonstone RHR that I wear sometimes but most often not. That is why I like the idea of switching my wedding band. When we renew our vows I’m not sure if I’ll use the diamond or plain one.

I guess that’s why a lot of ladies stack both bands with their ring but that’s not my cup of tea either. My fingers are super short.

@Rachel631:  That’s great! And if he doesn’t chose the diamond one you got a good price and could wear it on another finger Smile

@Rachel631:  I’m a Brit and I say go for it. You like it, it goes great with your E ring.

I’m not British but I am from a European country that has a tradition of plain wedding bands. I decided to get a diamond band and I have gotten a ton of compliments on it, lots of girls have commented that they have never seen one like it and would like a similar one for when they get married. However, a few people have also told me it does not a look like a wedding band.

I think that your biggest problem is not what people will think but what your Fiance thinks. My husband loves my ring and I don’t think I would get it if he didn’t. If your Fiance feels so strongly I think you should get a plain band. You can always buy yourself a swarovski band to wear on your other hand, they are pretty and cheap 😉
