Hello Bees! I’m very curious about wedding bands where diamonds are not the dominant feature…just maybe accent diamonds or none at all.
I just came across engraved wedding bands and also filigree ( i think this is the name for lace-like style)
But all the pictures I see online are of just the rings and i would like to see how they look on human hands, and in natural light.
I’m wondering how these type rings catch light without relying only on diamonds. I look forward to seeing your pics! Thanks!

Me and my Fi are considering getting engraved bands from Etsy, check out debblazer, really pretty bands with all kinds of patterns and you if you check the reviews some people post how they look on.

My sis tried on some Sandra Biachi bands this weekend, and they are gorgeous!

My anniversary band is milgrain twists around 7 tiny diamonds. I think some bees call it “marquise style” but it looks like a tiny twisted rope around stones
idk if it’s what you’re looking for though or you strictly wanted no stone bands

I have a band that, I think, fits in this category. It’s solid YG, no stones, and is a free form scrolling pattern that goes 3/4 of the way around the band.

Thank you! I checked them out and they do have very nice bands. I wish they had more pics though in sunlight and didn’t black and white some of the pics…i’ll keep looking tho…Thank you!
did you take any personal pics whole you were trying on the rings? Thanks for the suggestion I hadn’t heard if Sandra biachi before… Just wish they had more pics up on their site
your anniversary band is gorgeous and it looks beautiful on your hand! Thank you for sharing, yeah that is what I meant by diamind accents. Do you wear it with your e-ring and wedding band?

No worries. I know what you mean, they could do with better pictures. Good luck on your hunt. ^^

My wedding band is just a simple dainty eternity band, but I love filigree, and was determined to get it for my engagement ring. For me it’s not so much about catching the light, especially since it has a matte finish which I’ve considered having removed, I just think the shape of the metal is so artful and pretty. My setting is called Hayley, from Artcarved’s Floral collection. There’s a matching wedding band, I just decided I preferred a mismatched set.

Not the best picture but here is my wedding band that is hand engraved. Edit to add that it catches light like crazy.

My wedding band and engagement ring are Brilliant Earth’s antique scroll design. There are nine small diamonds in the center of the band, but several people have said they thought it was a full eternity band because the bright white gold sparkles so much. I believe they also sell a similar design with no diamonds at all.
Here’s the set:
And I don’t have a great side picture of the wedding band, but it’s exactly the same as the engagement ring, minus the larger center stone:

Mine fits the bill: filigree with tiny accent diamonds on the sides and in the loops
